Prince George begins studies at Eton College

Prince George, the 13-year-old heir to the British throne, has officially begun his studies at Eton College. Accompanied by Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, George was welcomed to the prestigious boarding school by headmaster Simon Henderson and provost Sir Nicholas Coleridge.

George follows a traditional educational path established by his father and his uncle, Prince Harry. The transition to boarding life marks a significant step toward independence for the young prince. Eton College, founded in 1440, is known for its rigorous academic standards, strict rules—including a ban on smartphones—and high costs, with annual fees exceeding £65,000.

While George begins his new routine, attention has also turned to his sister, Princess Charlotte, who continues her studies at Lambrook School. The royal family's recent public appearances also included Prince William launching ‘On Your Side,’ a mental health initiative for the sporting world, emphasizing the connection between physical and psychological well-being.
