Prince George joins Kate Middleton at RAF base for Armed Forces Day

The family visited RAF Coningsby, where they toured historic warplanes, sat in aircraft cockpits and met pilots and engineers. The outing coincides with George's preparation to attend the prestigious Eton College this autumn, and observers noted that the prince has grown to nearly the same height as his mother – about 175 cm. The visit was presented as a gentle introduction to the military for the future king.
