Prince William's Duchy of Cornwall posts €25 million profit in 2025/26

Prince William, as Duke of Cornwall, oversees the Duchy of Cornwall, a private estate covering about 135,000 hectares across 20 English counties. The duchy’s assets are valued at roughly €1.46 billion. In the financial year 2025/26 it generated an attributable net profit of about €25 million, which William uses for official duties, charitable work and his private family expenses. The income makes him wealthier than his father, King Charles III, whose personal fortune is estimated at €742 million. William has said the duchy is a tool for public good, focusing on mental‑health initiatives, homelessness relief and converting the estate to a climate‑neutral operation.
