The offer follows the last time King Charles saw his grandchildren at Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum jubilee in 2022. Earlier, Harry declined a stay at Buckingham Palace over security concerns, and details of any additional security arrangements for the upcoming trip have not been disclosed. The British Home Office will determine any extra security measures. The invitation comes after Harry’s recent meetings with his father at Clarence House in September last year and in February 2024, marking a possible thaw in relations with the royal family.
