Prince William and Prince Harry appear separately in London as family rift persists

Prince William, the Prince of Wales, visited the London Welsh School (Ysgol Gymraeg Llundain) in Hanwell, joining pupils in wishing Team Wales good luck ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. During the visit he expressed his love of football, noting in a US podcast that “my father hates football,” a comment about King Charles III.

At the same time, Prince Harry arrived in London for the first time in weeks and attended a discussion on the Invictus Games at Chatham House, promoting the 2027 edition slated for Birmingham. While speaking, Harry learned he had lost a £50 million privacy lawsuit against the Daily Mail. He traveled alone, having been denied taxpayer‑funded security for his family.

The two brothers were seen about 12 miles apart, underscoring their ongoing estrangement despite occasional public duties.
