Prince Harry and Sharon Stone curate Ukraine war photo exhibition

The photography exhibition “Postcode Ukraine: Diary of a Volunteer” is set to open on September 11 at the Westwood Contemporary gallery in Los Angeles. The fundraising event features the work of British artist Mark Neville, who moved to Kyiv following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion to document the daily lives of volunteers, families, and communities impacted by the conflict.

High-profile guest curators for the exhibition include Prince Harry, Sharon Stone, and Sir Stephen Fry. Other contributors include Nobel Peace Prize winner Oleksandra Matviichuk, actress Alyssa Milano, writer Andrey Kurkov, and author Kateryna Babkina. Each curator has selected a specific photograph from the collection to highlight the human dimension of the war.

Matviichuk noted that the images serve to restore the human identity often lost to war statistics, while Stone emphasized the importance of providing a platform for those in crisis. Proceeds from the exhibition will support Postcode Ukraine, a Kyiv-based charity co-founded by Neville to assist war-affected communities.
