Peter Phillips marries Harriet Sperling in Gloucestershire

On 6 June 2026 Prince Peter Phillips, son of Princess Anne and nephew of King Charles III, wed children’s nurse Harriet Sperling at All Saints Church in the village of Kemble, Gloucestershire. The ceremony was private but attended by senior members of the British royal family, including King Charles III and Queen Camilla, the heir‑apparent Prince William and Princess Kate, as well as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the daughters of the disgraced Prince Andrew.

Phillips, who does not hold a royal style after an early decision by his mother, had previously been married to Autumn Kelly and is father to Savannah and Isla. Sperling, a former single mother, brings daughter Georgina to the marriage. The bride’s dress was created by designer Emilia Wickstead and featured a lace‑trimmed silhouette with a three‑metre train.

Prince Harry did not attend, alleging that Prince William blocked his invitation. The wedding was described as an intimate family gathering rather than a large public spectacle.
