Prince Harry completes charity skydive in Canada

Prince Harry completed a charity skydive near Cookstown, Ontario, to fulfill a promise made to Ed Marshall, a 102-year-old Canadian Second World War veteran. The Duke of Sussex and Marshall’s grandson, Bailey, performed the jump to raise funds and awareness for the Sunnybrook Veterans Centre and the True Patriot Love Foundation, both of which support Canadian military and veteran communities.

While Marshall had originally planned to participate in the jump, a medical evaluation determined it was unsafe for him to do so. However, the veteran was present to watch the event. Harry noted that Marshall had previously celebrated his 100th birthday with a skydive, which inspired the commitment. Following the landing, Harry contacted Meghan Markle, noting that she was relieved once the jump was successfully completed.
