Prince Harry to collaborate with Baroness Doreen Lawrence on BBC documentary

Prince Harry is set to participate in a new BBC documentary focused on race relations in the United Kingdom. He will work alongside Baroness Doreen Lawrence, a prominent anti-racism activist whose life was transformed following the 1993 racially motivated murder of her son, Stephen Lawrence.

The collaboration follows a legal connection between the two, as both Harry and Lawrence were co-plaintiffs in a July 2026 lawsuit against the publisher of the Daily Mail. In previous interviews, the Duke of Sussex has addressed his personal growth regarding systemic racism, stating, “We live in a world with systemic racism, and none of us is immune to its effects.”

While the specific scope and broadcast date of the project have not yet been confirmed, the documentary aims to examine the complexities of racial dynamics within British society.
