Prince Harry to skydive for military charities
Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, is scheduled to participate in a charity skydive later this month to raise funds for Canadian military organizations. The event will support the Sunnybrook Foundation and the True Patriot Love Foundation, both of which serve the military and veteran communities.
The initiative stems from a meeting last November between Harry and Ed Marshall, a 102-year-old World War II veteran and former paratrooper. During their conversation at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, Marshall shared that he had completed a fundraising skydive to celebrate his 100th birthday.
While Marshall will not participate in the jump due to his age, his grandson, Bailey, will join Prince Harry in the skydive. This event marks one of the Duke’s first major public appearances following his recent relocation from California back to the United Kingdom with Meghan Markle and their children.
