Prince posthumous album ‘Timeless’ released with ten unreleased tracks

The Prince Estate, in collaboration with Legacy Recordings (a division of Sony Music), has released a new posthumous album titled ‘Timeless’. The collection features ten rare and previously unreleased recordings sourced from the artist’s legendary ‘Vault’ archive.

Unlike previous posthumous projects, ‘Timeless’ is curated to showcase the artist's artistic evolution across nearly four decades. The tracklist spans recordings made between 1977 and 2016, ranging from his early years as a teenage prodigy in Minneapolis to his final performances. Notable tracks include ‘With This Tear’, recorded in 1991 at Paisley Park Studios, and ‘Stone’, a 1995 recording.

The album is available in digital formats, CD, and vinyl, including a limited edition purple marble vinyl. Additional merchandise and collectibles are being made available through Paisley Park and Prince.com in connection with the Prince Celebration 2026.
