Prince St. Pizza to open second Toronto location in 2027

Prince St. Pizza Toronto expansion Lawrence Longo restaurant industry Midtown Toronto

New York-based pizza brand Prince St. Pizza has announced plans to expand its Canadian presence with a second Toronto location. The new 2,500-square-foot restaurant is scheduled to open in Spring 2027 at 2472 Yonge Street in the Midtown area.

The site, located at Yonge and Eglinton, holds significant culinary history, having previously housed the fine-dining institution Centro, as well as Vita Sociale and Cibo Wine Bar.

CEO Lawrence Longo, a Toronto native, stated that the expansion is part of a broader vision to make the brand a household name across Canada. The company first entered the Toronto market in 2023 with a location at The Well.
