Princess Alexandra faces health concerns after sudden event withdrawal

Concerns have been raised regarding the health of Princess Alexandra, 89, following her sudden withdrawal from a recent event in London. The Princess, a first cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth II, was scheduled to attend a concert at Sinfonia Smith Square in Westminster to honor the legacy of the Duchess of Kent. Although the Court Circular initially indicated she would attend, reports suggest she had to cancel at the last minute.

This absence follows a period of limited public visibility for the Princess. Her last major public appearance was in April at a Buckingham Palace reception marking the centenary of Queen Elizabeth II’s birth. She was also notably absent from the Trooping the Colour parade in June.
