Princess Cruises announces package updates and Wi-Fi changes
Princess Cruises is implementing several pricing and service updates effective October 13, 2026. For Australian travelers booking international voyages, the company is introducing new Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages priced in Australian dollars. The new rates are AUD$89 per person, per day for Plus and AUD$139 for Premier, which now include Crew Appreciation gratuities to provide greater cost certainty.
Simultaneously, the cruise line is adjusting its package and Wi-Fi structures. Prices for Plus and Premier packages will increase by $5 per person, per day for sailings departing on or after the October date. On the Sun Princess and Star Princess vessels, these packages will carry a $5 premium.
Additionally, Princess Cruises is restructuring its standalone Wi-Fi offerings by discontinuing the four-device plan for guests who do not purchase the Premier package. Four-device access will now be exclusive to the Premier tier. New two-device and single-device plans are being introduced with varying rates depending on whether they are purchased pre-cruise or while onboard.
