Princess girlband announces reunion after 12-year hiatus

The Indonesian girlband Princess is set to reunite on stage in August 2026, marking their first performance since the group was officially disbanded by producer Kevin Aprilio in June 2014.

Formed in 2011, the group's original lineup included Alika Islamadina, Danita Vinarosa, Elma Agustin, Ana Octarina, and Rachel Octavia. Following the departures of Alika and Rachel, the group underwent several formation changes before its dissolution. The upcoming comeback has generated significant interest among millennial fans, though public attention has also focused on the fact that original member Elma Agustin will not be participating in the reunion.

In addition to the August performances, the group is scheduled to appear at the Synchronize Festival in October 2026. During their 12-year hiatus, the former members have pursued various paths, including solo music careers, fashion and photography businesses, and family life.
