Prințul Marco discusses weight loss and controversial remarks

Prințul Marco, a contestant on the reality show ‘Insula Iubirii’, has shared details regarding his weight loss journey and addressed recent controversies. During an appearance on the ‘Face to Face’ podcast, he revealed that he previously weighed 110 kilograms. To lose weight, he utilized the Allurion method, which involves swallowing a capsule containing a gastric balloon to induce satiety. Although the procedure helped him lose weight, he noted that he regained some weight before adopting lifestyle changes such as intermittent fasting and avoiding evening meals.

Additionally, Marco addressed backlash following his comment that Gabriella Barbu is better than his partner, Bianca Ghiurcă. He expressed regret for causing Bianca distress but defended his right to express his opinion, comparing his honesty to how men speak freely in private settings. He stated that while he understands why his partner felt hurt, he does not regret being outspoken.
