Priv Tech integrates tools to detect hallucinations in external generative AI

Priv Tech has announced that its AI Risk Checker tool can now be used to verify responses from external generative AI services, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, by combining it with the hallucination detection capabilities of its group company, AI Hack.

The integrated workflow allows companies to mitigate risks associated with 'zero-click' information gathering, where users rely on AI responses rather than visiting official websites. AI Risk Checker automatically generates customized verification prompts based on a company's specific products, manuals, and websites. These prompts are then used by AI Hack to cross-reference external AI responses against a correct information database to detect errors, outdated facts, or missing details.
