Private aviation firms expand fleets with Bombardier aircraft

Private aviation operators AB Jets and ASM Charter are expanding their respective fleets with new Bombardier aircraft.

Tennessee-based AB Jets has revealed an order for two additional Bombardier Challenger 3500 super-midsize jets, following an initial order placed in October 2023. Alongside this expansion, the company is launching a limited jet card program offering guaranteed rates and availability. The service area for the jet card is notably broad, spanning from Alaska to South America, including Canada, Mexico, and Central America. The program will be sold in 25 or 50-hour blocks and is expected to be limited to approximately a dozen customers.

In Dubai, ASM Charter has added a second Bombardier Challenger 605 to its fleet. The aircraft will operate under the Air Operator Certificate issued to ASM AIR by the United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority. The Challenger 605 provides a range of approximately 4,000 nautical miles, intended to support the company’s regional and international executive travel missions.
