Private Healthcare Data Space joins Spain's official Trust List

The Private Healthcare Data Space (EDSP), an initiative promoted by the IDIS Foundation, has been included in the Trust List of Data Spaces managed by the Secretariat of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. This recognition confirms that the platform meets the administrative requirements for sharing, accessing, and utilizing sectoral information under common rules.

In addition to this inclusion, the project has received validated compliance with the ‘Do No Significant Harm’ (DNSH) principles, a transversal European requirement demonstrating environmental commitment. The Trust List is an official, public, and voluntary registry regulated by Order TDF/1207/2025.

The evaluation process followed the UNE 0087:2025 specification, which serves as the first common framework in Spain for defining and characterizing data spaces. This framework aims to establish secure environments for organizations to share data through defined governance models, promoting interoperability and mutual trust.
