Prêmio Educador Nota 10 announces 12 finalists for 28th edition

The 28th edition of the Prêmio Educador Nota 10 has announced its 12 finalists, recognizing excellence in educational practices across Brazil. The award, which received over 3,900 entries, honors teachers, coordinators, and managers from both public and private institutions.

This year introduces a new category specifically for school managers. The finalists include diverse projects such as the creation of a mini-forest with Cerrado species to promote environmental awareness, a science fair for incarcerated students, and the use of data and technology to enhance learning and reduce bureaucracy.

The winners will be announced on November 10 at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo. Top prizes include R$ 25,000, postgraduate scholarships at Instituto Singularidades, and access to the PROFS pedagogical support platform. The initiative is organized by Instituto Somos and the Ministry of Culture.
