Pro Kapital Grupp bond offering oversubscribed by two times

Real estate company Pro Kapital Grupp has successfully concluded a public bond offering that was oversubscribed by approximately two times. The offering, which closed on September 18, 2026, initially targeted a base size of EUR 6 million, but due to high investor interest, the company exercised its right to increase the issue to EUR 10 million.

A total of 985 investors participated, subscribing for EUR 11,976,000 in bonds. The subscription volume was distributed across the Baltic region, with Estonia accounting for EUR 9.3 million (77.5%), Lithuania for EUR 1.7 million (14.2%), and Latvia for EUR 1.0 million (8.3%).

The bonds carry a fixed annual interest rate of 8.3% and are set to mature on September 25, 2028, with quarterly interest payments beginning in December 2026. Pro Kapital intends to use the proceeds, alongside its own funds, to fully redeem its existing secured bonds listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
