PRO TV moves reality show Burlacii: Foc în Paradis to Acasă TV

PRO TV has moved its new reality show, ‘Burlacii: Foc în Paradis’, from its main channel to Acasă TV after only one week of broadcasting. The decision follows disappointing viewership numbers and critical reception regarding the show's explicit content.

During its debut week starting September 14, the program struggled to compete with Antena 1's ‘Asia Express’. National audience figures for ‘Burlacii’ averaged approximately 303,000 viewers, significantly lower than the 578,000 viewers per minute recorded by its competitor. In the commercial segment (20-60 ABCD), the show reached 91,000 viewers compared to Antena 1's 188,000.

Amidst the low ratings, participants and viewers have noted the absence of certain casting candidates, specifically mentioning Romanian champion Yamato Zaharia. Zaharia expressed that he felt flattered by the contestants' mentions of his name, despite not being part of the villa's cast.
