Pro Vita & Famiglia spokesperson criticizes European abortion policies

Maria Rachele Ruiu, spokesperson for Pro Vita & Famiglia, addressed the European Parliament in Strasbourg during the inauguration of the ‘Just Euman – Come nasce un cittadino europeo’ exhibition. The exhibition, promoted by MEP Paolo Inselvini of Fratelli d'Italia and curated by Pro Vita & Famiglia, consists of 14 panels.

Ruiu criticized the European approach to abortion, stating that the continent no longer has excuses regarding the issue after viewing the exhibition. She argued that abortion should not be celebrated as progress and expressed the view that the procedure harms both the unborn and the mother.
