Crimson Moon to launch September 1 2026 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series

Independent studio ProbablyMonsters announced that its gothic high‑renaissance action‑RPG Crimson Moon will release on September 1 2026 for PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The standard edition is priced at $19.99 (≈€19.99, R$ 74.99, ¥2,490), with a Deluxe Edition costing $29.99 (≈€29.99, R$ 112.49, ¥3,750) that adds a Ceremonial Armor set, the Axe of the Gods cosmetic weapon and a future expansion.

Players assume the role of a Nephilim – a half‑human, half‑angel hybrid – tasked with reclaiming the besieged city of Gildenarch from demonic forces. The game offers both solo play and two‑player online co‑op, with dynamic difficulty scaling and shared life pools. Combat is described as fast‑paced, souls‑like melee with supernatural abilities and temporary angelic transformations.

The soundtrack features original metal tracks for boss encounters by artists including HEALTH, Jared Dines, Misha Mansoor (Periphery) and Ricky Armellino (Ice Nine Kills). A post‑launch content expansion is promised for the Deluxe Edition.
