Procol to launch AI agents for procurement orchestration

Procol, an agentic AI source-to-pay platform, is set to unveil its role-based command center at DPW Amsterdam 2026. The platform utilizes an AI orchestration layer named Clara to enable autonomous procurement workflows through plain-language requests.

A key feature of the technology is its zero-migration architecture, which allows it to operate directly on top of existing enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle without requiring IT migration or parallel runs. This is intended to reduce the need for manual context-switching between ERPs, P2P software, and spreadsheets.

Early enterprise deployments have reported significant operational improvements, including a 15% reduction in operational processing costs, an 80% faster end-to-end procurement cycle, and a 99% decrease in manual platform touchpoints. CEO Gaurav Baheti stated that the goal is to move beyond static dashboards toward autonomous execution, positioning Clara as a digital co-worker that handles sourcing, budget checks, and approvals.
