PROCOMER hosts Talent Costa Rica job fair in Limón

The Foreign Trade Corporation of Costa Rica (PROCOMER) launched its Talent Costa Rica event in the Caribbean province of Limón to promote regional employment. Held at the Centro Cívico por la Paz in Pococí, the initiative aims to connect local job seekers with national employers to reduce the economic gap between rural communities and the Greater Metropolitan Area.

The event provided direct access to over 350 open positions and specialized workforce training. To lower barriers to entry, the program utilized a free, digital-first registration system, allowing candidates to apply without physical resumes. The initiative is viewed as a strategic move to decentralize high-value employment and enhance the region's economic potential by developing specialized human capital.
