Procon-CG mobile unit to provide consumer services in Campina Grande

The mobile unit of the Campina Grande Municipal Secretariat for Consumer Protection and Defense (Procon-CG) will provide services at Praça da Bandeira from Monday (19) through Wednesday (21). The mobile unit will operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This initiative aims to facilitate public access to consumer rights guidance and defense services. Citizens can resolve doubts regarding consumption relations, seek assistance with conflicts involving product or service providers, and receive information on handling improper charges, purchase issues, contracts, and service provision.

To formalize a complaint, consumers must present a photo ID, CPF, and proof of residence, along with documentation related to the specific issue, such as invoices, contracts, receipts, or service orders.
