Procon ES selects Instituto Avalia for new public recruitment contest

The State Institute for Consumer Protection and Defense of Espírito Santo (Procon ES) has selected Instituto Avalia to organize its upcoming public recruitment process. The contract for the selection services is expected to be signed following the official publication in the National Public Procurement Portal.

The contest offers 20 immediate vacancies and 200 opportunities for a reserve list for the position of Consumer Defense Agent. The role requires a higher education degree in fields such as Law, Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Statistics. Initial compensation is reported to be approximately R$ 8,151.60, which, when including a food allowance of R$ 800.00, brings the total starting earnings to R$ 8,951.60.

The selection process will include objective and discursive exams, as well as a titles evaluation. The exams are expected to take place in Vitória. The specific distribution of vacancies includes 14 for Law, 2 for Accounting, 2 for Economics, 1 for Administration, and 1 for Statistics.
