ProCook teams up with DHL Supply Chain for UK logistics expansion
ProCook has entered a strategic partnership with DHL Supply Chain to operate its 167,000 sq ft distribution centre in Gloucester, UK. The logistics agreement, the first of its kind in ProCook's 30‑year history, places responsibility for both retail and e‑commerce fulfilment with DHL and is intended to support the retailer's next phase of growth. The transition to DHL was completed without any disruption to customers or stores. Together the companies will run a joint improvement programme, including the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System in the first half of 2027, to improve operational performance, capacity and scalability. Lee Tappenden, CEO of ProCook, said the partnership is an "important milestone" that will help build a more efficient and scalable operation while maintaining high service standards. Spencer Conday, Managing Director of Retail and Ecommerce at DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland, expressed pride in the collaboration and highlighted the cultural alignment and focus on colleague engagement.
