Procter & Gamble opens management internship program in Brazil

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has opened applications for its 2026 Management Internship Program in Brazil. The initiative aims to identify and develop students with leadership potential for future roles within the multinational consumer goods company.

Opportunities are available in several Brazilian cities, including Fortaleza, Manaus, Seropédica, Itatiaia, Louveira, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, and Curitiba. In Fortaleza, the positions are specifically focused on the Sales area.

Eligible candidates must have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and December 2028 and be available for an internship period of 18 months. The program offers monthly stipends of R$ 2,925.00 for 30-hour weeks or R$ 3,900.00 for 40-hour weeks, along with various benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, meal vouchers, and transportation assistance. Applications and online tests must be completed by September 9.
