ΚΘΒΕ production of Lysistrata continues summer festival tour

The Komedi Athinon Theatre (ΚΘΒΕ) is continuing the tour of its major summer production of Aristophanes’ ‘Lysistrata’. Following successful performances in Thessaloniki, Rome, and Cyprus, the production will appear at various Greek festivals.

Directed and dramaturgically adapted by Asterios Peltakis with a translation by Konstantinos Bouras, the play stars Elisavet Konstantinidou in the title role. The production features a distinguished creative team, including composer Giorgos Andreou and choreographer Konstantinos Regis.

The performance is scheduled for August 26 at the Neoi Moudaies Amphitheatre as part of the ‘Sea Festival’, and on September 1 at the Thermi Dam for the thAIRmi Festival 2026.
