Prof. Dr. Eduard Apetrei Hospital hosts national medical conference

The Prof. Dr. Eduard Apetrei Hospital in Buhuși served as the venue for the 7th edition of the Buhuși National Conference. The event focused on the role of municipal, town, and mono-specialty hospitals in improving the quality of medical services.

Cristina Breahnă-Pravăț, President of the Bacău County Council, praised the hospital as a model of responsible medical management and engaged local administration. She emphasized that healthcare decisions must center on human needs and called for increased cooperation between public administrations and medical institutions to ensure quality services are accessible to local residents.

The hospital's current manager, Constantin Poiană, was recognized for his leadership alongside Buhuși Mayor Vasile Zaharia and President Vasile Teslaru for their contributions to the institution's development.
