Professional athletes showcase creative Halloween costumes

Various professional athletes from the worlds of football and basketball have shared their creative Halloween costumes on social media.

In football, notable players included Cristiano Ronaldo, who dressed as a character from the film Saw, and Casemiro, who appeared as the protagonist from Scream. Other players featured include Lionel Messi as a skeleton, Robert Lewandowski and Neymar as the Joker, and Ivan Rakitić as Count Dracula. Additionally, Mohamed Salah dressed as a spider king, while Sergio Ramos appeared as a clown.

In the NBA, San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama drew significant attention by portraying Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher franchise, complete with a white wig, swords, and black armor. James Harden of the Cleveland Cavaliers dressed as the Batman villain Bane, and Myles Turner of the Milwaukee Bucks appeared as Skeletor from the He-Man series. Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers and his wife also shared a costume inspired by the film Sinners.
