Professional development programs announced in Germany

Various professional development and training initiatives are being offered in Germany. GAB München is hosting a free online information session on February 15, 2027, regarding vocational training for certified education and training educators.

Additionally, the ZukunftSHandwerK project is organizing a series of free events in November 2026 focused on personnel development within the SHK (sanitary, heating, and air conditioning) industry. This series includes an online learning journey covering knowledge management and the use of artificial intelligence, as well as practical workshops in Cologne and Düsseldorf. These sessions aim to help businesses utilize a new SHK competency matrix to identify employee skills and plan targeted training.
