Professional development programs launch in Argentina

Various educational initiatives in Argentina are focusing on professional development through soft skills and leadership training.

Comunidad Red Viva has launched a new series of workshops specifically targeting women to strengthen communication, personal relationships, leadership, and teamwork. The program consists of 10 weekly one-hour sessions. Additionally, the organization is offering a “Más allá del éxito” (Beyond Success) program for those who have already completed previous training in leadership and soft skills.

Separately, the Universidad del Sur de Buenos Aires (USBA), part of Grupo Perfil, has introduced a management skills program titled “Liderazgo Consciente: Personas, Equipos y Resultados” (Conscious Leadership: People, Teams, and Results). Led by specialist Fabián Vitti, the five-session program focuses on self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, strategic empathy, and team management. The course is designed for middle management, supervisors, and professionals in leadership roles, offering both in-person and remote learning options.
