Professional events in Brazil to address AI and labor market challenges

Various professional development events are scheduled in Brazil to address evolving labor market dynamics. In Goiânia, UNIALFA and Acelere will host the “Meeting Conexão Futura: IA, Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas” on October 7, 2026. The event focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on contemporary leadership, recruitment, selection, and talent retention, aiming to balance technological strategic use with human-centric management.

Additionally, the IEL will hold an event in Palotina on October 14, 2026, at the Sicredi administrative headquarters. The program includes a panel titled “Conexão Indústria,” which will examine the disconnect between available industrial vacancies and job seekers. Discussions will center on the specific skills companies require, barriers to hiring, and methods to better align professional education with industrial needs.
