Professional recruitment and career events announced in Portugal and Brazil

The Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Portugal is hosting JobShop on October 28 and 29. The event features 60 organizations seeking young talent, allowing students to engage directly with professionals. Scheduled activities include a debate on the impact of technology on legal professions, a roundtable regarding opportunities within law firms and the Public Ministry, and a discussion between lawyers and diplomats on how geopolitics influences legal practice. Participating entities include Eversheds Sutherland, CMS, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Bank of Portugal.

In Brazil, the Regional Administration Council of São Paulo (CRA-SP) has opened registrations for an online event titled “Carreiras da Administração e Gestão: uma formação, diversas possibilidades”. Scheduled for October 27, the session aims to present various professional paths to administration students. Five specialists will discuss specific sectors, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Market Intelligence and Data Analysis, and Logistics.
