Professional training programs announced in Poland

Various professional training sessions are being organized in Poland to enhance expertise in social services and financial regulations.

In Busko-Zdrój, the Vocational Education Center will begin a specialized training program for social assistance organization on October 3, 2026. The 265-hour weekend course is designed for individuals seeking management roles in the social assistance sector. The curriculum covers organizational management, legal regulations, team leadership, conflict mediation, and stress prevention. The program is authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

Additionally, an online training session titled ‘Public Aid and De Minimis Aid’ is scheduled for October 19, 2026. Organized by the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy, the session focuses on the complexities of public aid and de minimis aid, particularly regarding projects funded by European Funds. The training aims to help public institution employees, legal advisors, and NGOs navigate evolving legal requirements and avoid financial or legal errors in project settlements.
