Professor Bell returns in new graphic novel ‘Les Enfants perdus’

The graphic novel series Professor Bell returns with its sixth volume, titled ‘Les Enfants perdus’ (The Lost Children), published by Delcourt. Written by Joann Sfar and illustrated by Étienne Le Roux and Jérôme Brizard, this new installment arrives twenty years after the previous volume.

In this story, the protagonist, Professor Bell, has been transformed into the appearance of a child due to a spell. Despite his physical change, he maintains his cynical personality and expertise in treating supernatural beings. The plot follows Bell as he is called by London police to investigate a series of mysterious disappearances involving children in a park. His new appearance inadvertently makes him a target, leading to his own kidnapping by the culprit.

To coincide with this release on September 3, 2026, Delcourt is also reissuing the first five volumes of the series.
