Project Eleven and Relm Insurance partner on quantum risk

Project Eleven, a post-quantum security firm for digital assets, has announced a development partnership with Relm Insurance. The collaboration aims to explore how post-quantum security controls can be evaluated within digital asset insurance underwriting.

The partnership focuses on how quantum readiness might influence future risk assessments. As quantum computing technology advances, there is a growing concern that powerful machines could derive private keys from exposed public keys, potentially compromising digital assets.

Project Eleven’s flagship institutional custody product, Strongpoint, is designed to facilitate the transition to post-quantum cryptography by combining classical and post-quantum signing. This allows institutions to replace signing algorithms while maintaining approval rules and audit histories. Alex Pruden, CEO and Co-Founder of Project Eleven, noted that the partnership is a step toward understanding how investments in stronger post-quantum defenses might eventually be reflected in how market risks are evaluated.
