PROLAG World WMS receives 2026 validation from Fraunhofer IML

CIM GmbH’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), PROLAG World, has successfully passed independent validation by Fraunhofer IML for 2026. The validation was conducted through the ‘warehouse logistics’ platform, which evaluates the functions and performance characteristics of logistics IT systems using a standardized catalog of criteria.

The 2026 validation process incorporated updated technological requirements, specifically focusing on artificial intelligence, production, and resource planning. Additionally, the evaluation included new developments within PROLAG World, such as updated functionalities regarding Proof of Delivery.

This independent assessment provides a manufacturer-independent basis for companies to compare different WMS solutions based on integration capabilities, process support, scalability, and technological advancement.
