In Rimini, Dr. Fernando Santucci, a pioneer in cardiology and the founder of the Poliambulatorio Valturio, has died. Santucci, who would have been 88 years old on September 26, was widely recognized for his medical expertise and his patient-centered philosophy, which emphasized treating the person before the disease.
