Turkish municipalities announce property auction notices

Municipalities across Turkey have published public tender notices for the sale or lease of municipal real‑estate under Law No. 2886. The Alanya municipality listed a cultural centre property for lease with a 21 million‑lira annual rent, the Burhaniye mayoralty announced three parcels of land for sale with values ranging from 5.5 million to 22 million lira, and the Bayat district authority scheduled six land parcels for open‑bid sale on 28 July 2026.

Further notices include Nevşehir’s two properties (a residential plot and a field) slated for auction in September‑October 2026, Manisa’s apartment unit offered from 11 August 2026, Van’s condominium unit listed for auction in late August 2026, and Konya’s large residential block to be auctioned starting 4 August 2026. All announcements specify required documentation, temporary guarantees, and auction procedures, whether closed‑bid or open‑offer, and they set out the dates, times and venues for the respective bidding sessions.
