Property auctions scheduled in South East Cornwall and Mid North

Various real estate auctions are scheduled for upcoming dates in South East Cornwall and the Mid North region.

In South East Cornwall, Clive Emson Auctioneers is hosting an online auction ending September 24. The sale includes 228 properties with guide prices ranging from £40,000 to £195,000. Notable lots include a block of garages in Saltash, a 0.31-hectare land parcel near Callington with outline planning permission for an ecological self-build home, and several residential properties in St Cleer, Liskeard, and Bodmin.

In the Mid North, Ray White Rural SA is auctioning Lucerne Park, a 107-hectare farm located north of Booborowie. In a departure from traditional auction practices, agents have provided a price guide of $1,250,000 for the property. The farm is suitable for broadacre cropping, hay production, and livestock enterprises. Other agricultural auctions are also scheduled in the region, including the sale of the 738-hectare Cairndale farm.
