Property Council New Zealand announces new board appointments

Property Council New Zealand has announced its new National Board and committee appointments following its Annual General Meeting. The appointments, which resulted from 68 nominations, are set to take effect on 1 November 2026 for two-year terms.

Among the re-appointed members are Simon Woodhams as the Industry Leader for Owner/Developer and Paula Ormandy as the Industry Leader for Construction, Property Services and Professionals. The organization noted that the high volume of nominations reflects strong member commitment to industry advocacy and urban development.
