PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2026 honors real estate developers

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2026 took place in Ho Chi Minh City on October 16, honoring nearly 80 categories across various real estate segments, including industrial zones, townships, and residential developments.

OBC Holdings was named ‘Best Breakthrough Developer,’ while its A&K Tower project received the ‘Best Affordable Condo Development’ award for its balance of cost and living quality. Gamuda Land Vietnam secured the ‘Best Developer’ title for the third time, also winning in the condo and sustainable township categories.

Other notable winners included Keppel Vietnam as ‘Best Luxury Developer,’ VSIP JV as ‘Best Integrated Developer,’ and SJ Group as ‘Best Township Developer.’ The awards highlighted a growing industry focus on construction quality, operational efficiency, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. Winners may qualify for the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards in Bangkok in December 2026.
