Prophecy launches AI data prep tools to bridge AI investment gap

Prophecy has launched new AI data preparation products designed to help business users and data analysts verify AI agent workflows without writing code. The tools aim to bridge the gap between AI investment and tangible results by allowing users to visually review changes made by AI agents rather than manually inspecting SQL or Spark code.

The release expands Prophecy’s AI agent support to Snowflake, adding to its existing compatibility with Databricks. According to CEO Raj Bains, many AI pilots fail to reach production because companies lack sufficient budgeting and infrastructure for AI data preparation, often relying on manual spreadsheet processes or overburdened technical teams.
