Prophet Mwamposa reveals why he barred Wicknell Chivayo from church service

Tanzanian Prophet Mwamposa has revealed that he personally denied late Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo permission to attend a church night vigil. Mwamposa stated the decision was made to avoid public perception issues, fearing that Chivayo’s presence might lead the congregation to question the source of the ministry’s wealth and blur the distinction between divine provision and human patronage.

Chivayo was well known for providing significant financial gifts to various pastors and religious institutions across the region. His recent death has sparked discussions within the prophetic movement regarding the limits of spiritual foresight. Following the event, Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa noted that he does not see everything, a sentiment that has prompted reflection on the accuracy and claims of prophetic ministries.
