Prosecco Cycling 2026 nears sell-out in UNESCO hills

The 23rd edition of Prosecco Cycling is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, in the UNESCO World Heritage Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The event is approaching its maximum capacity of 2,500 participants, with over 2,000 registrations already confirmed.

The event features a 100-kilometer course with 1,510 meters of elevation gain, passing through the 15 municipalities of the Prosecco denomination. The route is designed to be accessible, including options for pedal-assist bicycles.

Reflecting its international appeal, approximately 600 participants are traveling from 20 different nations across four continents. Over its 22-year history, the event has hosted nearly 58,000 participants from 35 countries. The organizers emphasize a philosophy of “less competition, more fun,” focusing on the experience and celebration of the landscape rather than pure athletic speed.
