Prosecutor Gisbert testifies in Supreme Court against MEP 'Alvise' Pérez

Susana Gisbert, a prosecutor specializing in hate crimes and discrimination in Valencia, testified before the Spanish Supreme Court regarding harassment by MEP Luis 'Alvise' Pérez. Gisbert stated that messages disseminated by Pérez via Telegram negatively impacted both her professional and personal life.

Gisbert testified that following the messages, there were attempts to access her daughter's social media accounts. The investigation focuses on Telegram posts where Pérez identified prosecutors as being responsible for what he termed 'ideological persecution.' The Supreme Court is overseeing the case after the European Parliament agreed to lift Pérez's immunity.
